  • Delays in Starting Work: If SiteMakers cannot initiate your project within the agreed timeline due to circumstances within our control, you may request a refund.

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • Dissatisfaction arises from unclear or incomplete instructions provided by the client.
  • Delays occur due to missing content or feedback.
