1. Overview of Services

Sitemakers offers professional web design services, including:

• Custom website development.
• Theme-based website creation (Portfolio, eCommerce, Membership sites).
• Hosting and domain setup.
• Maintenance and additional add-ons.

We reserve the right to update our services or these terms without prior notice.

2. Your Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery and project success, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business.
• Submit required content, materials, and feedback promptly.
• Use the final website in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your project.
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, before the website is launched.
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Revisions and Changes

• Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds:

  • Portfolio Websites: Up to 2 rounds.
  • eCommerce & Membership Websites: Up to 3 rounds.
  • Custom Design Services: Up to 5 rounds.

• Additional changes beyond the included revisions or after the project’s completion will be billed at $35/hour.

5. Ownership and Transfer

• Full ownership of your website and domain will be transferred to you once all project fees have been paid in full.
• We will provide access credentials for your website upon project completion.

6. Confidentiality

We understand the importance of confidentiality and agree to:

• Keep your business data, materials, and project information private.
• Use your data solely for the purpose of completing your project.
• Ensure our team and third-party providers follow strict confidentiality practices.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered once work has begun. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis if no work has started.

8. Hosting and Support

• Each package includes 1 year of free hosting and a custom domain.
• After the first year, hosting and domain renewal fees will apply.
• Support is provided for 3 months after launch. Extended support can be purchased as a maintenance package.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• Sitemakers is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.
• We are not responsible for third-party services or tools integrated into your website (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways).

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• You fail to comply with these terms.
• Payment obligations are not met.
• There is evidence of misuse of our services.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we will work to resolve it amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
